Lucas Cosmas Fondo is a Governance and Human Rights advocate with over 22 years of experience in the field. He is currently the founder and Executive Director of TEMA Digital Research (TEMA) Organization.
Lucas supports monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting, and Learning (MERL) and documentation as Part of the Coast Regional Budget Hub Coordination support team.
Lucas holds a Diploma in Mass Communication and is passionate about public finance and social accountability, with significant experience in budget training and advocacy, enhancing public participation in governance. He has previously worked for various renowned Civil Society Organizations, including the Local Empowerment for Good Governance (LENGGO), in the capacity of the Executive Director and as a county Coordinator for Mombasa County at the Centre for Law and Research International (CLARION). Further, he is currently the appointee of the Governor to represent CSOs in the County Budget and Economic Forum (CBEF) for Mombasa County, having previously served in the Mombasa County Finance Task Force
