Community engagement and continuous capacity building

We engage with communities and Budget Champions through workshops, training sessions, and peer learning, dubbed “Budget Garages or Karakana Za Bajeti”, to enhance their understanding and involvement in the Budget Processes. The workshops are organized at the county and regional level. At CRBH, we prioritize inclusivity, ensuring that voices from diverse groups, including the underserved communities, promote participation by encouraging citizens’ engagement in the budgeting process to ensure public spending supports sustainable development and reflects the needs and priorities of the community
